Another Youth Photography Program!

Hey Ladies -
Thanks for the splendid time at the Umass Gallery on Wednesday, it was a blast to see you having such a fun time surrounded by so much fine aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrtttttttt!
Here is the link for Kim Sooja's website if you want to learn more about her work and see examples beyond what we looked at the other day. http://www.kimsooja.com/

If you'd like to look into more work at the Umass Gallery, here is the link to their homepage. As always, I'm excited to hear about what artwork you're looking at, enjoying and wanting to learn more about!

And on that note, let's start focusing on some other youth organizations that do work similar to what we're doing. ICP (The International Center for Photography) works with a community center in the South Bronx called The Point. They have an amazing black and white analogue program there. Below I've pasted the link to their website as well as some examples of the work that the youth there are making.

What do you think? Should we network with other youth organizations? Do you want to share your work with folks your age in different cities and towns?

See you all on Monday! Please check back Sunday night for an overview of next week!
