A Poem by Gabriella Stephens

This is one of two poems that Gabby has written for the GEV Ware Blog.

Hearts
2/12/12

My heart being total ice
Sugar replaced with spice
I may know wrong from right
but what's better is the light
that shines through you
Your warmth makes me no longer blue
Your heart so big
makes my sile wide
and blush like a winter bride
and your bright eyes make me feel idolized
Your heart burning of a passionate fire
makes my heart melt
No longer ice it has finally retired
You set fire to my paper
no use for a stapler
because no need to cover it up
when it's real and now I'm a nut
Crazy for your love
like a beautiful dove
a double rainbow
and we intertwine
and now I am sugar no longer spice.
